We ship predominantly through Australia Post at a flat rate of $18.65 for up to 5kg in Australia.

All products are listed on the website with an approximate weight which will be calculated  as added to your shopping cart.  For shipments over 5kg please contact us for a freight costing. 

Insurance
Australia Post Express Post satchels only provide insurance up to $50.00.  If additional insurance is required please contact us before placing your order.  

Undelivered Items
Any parcels unable to be delivered and therefore returned to M4B Pro will be shipped at the expense of the customer.  

Parcel Tracking
Once your parcel has been shipped you will be emailed with the consignment or tracking number of the parcel.  Australia Post Express Post satchels have limited tracking ability via the Australia Post website link www.auspost.com.au/track  
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable amount of time as indicated above, usually 7 days, then please contact us immediately.  

M4B Pro will always endeavour to ship your order to you in a timely manner so that you receive it in accordance with the estimated delivery times as listed above. Estimated delivery times however may change due to circumstances outside our control and are to be used as a guide only.  We are not responsible for any cost incurred by you or loss of earnings due to your parcel not arriving on time.
